In our comprehensive portraiture photography workshop, we will teach you to create stunning photos of your family, friends or clients. You will learn key topics and techniques to drastically improve your portraits.

During the workshop, you can expect to learn how to use natural light, compositional elements, and posing techniques to help flatter any subject.

We will cover a variety of topics from the best times of the day to photograph, to using reflectors to help improve your portrait photography techniques.

When you’re finished with this class you’ll be able to “see” in a different way. You will walk away from this workshop with the knowledge and confidence to create stunning portraits.

  • Visual story telling and creating emotional impact.
  • How to use angles to change the look and ‘feel’ of your images.
  • Cropping.
  • Choosing your locations, time of day, backgrounds.
  • Using Diffusers and Reflectors.
  • Lens considerations.
